Well we're a company that's trying to simplify and improve life. We do that by trying to simplify both our internal and external life. Internally it means moving to provide everyone with laptops, even through the downturn. Externally its meant having to let go many of our largest customers. Now, we have only one customer. The Family Owned Business. We love our customers. Sometimes they love us back too. :) We're based in an industrial park in Atlanta with lots of warehouses around us. It's not an ultra cool part of town, yet; but we make the best of it. We try to make it fun. The challenges we face, as always, is how to improve service to customers, and how to improve our own quality of life. We feel, Empowerment is most powerful tool you can give to people who can handle both freedom and responsibility. Empowerment for our customer is a phone that's always picked up at our office by a real breathing human being :) or the power to send a message directly to the CEO. Empowerment for our team members is being provided the best map on where we're going, how things get done and time for training.
